TESOLANZ established a Professional Learning & Development Committee to bring more quality, online events to our sector. The committee is proud to announce its first event.

TESOLANZ is delighted to invite you to an online session led by Russel Dunn, Deputy Principal (Teaching and Learning) at Tāmaki College, Auckland. He will provide insights into his college’s use of technology as a means of improving learning outcomes for its students. Russel will illustrate how technology can assist in creating equitable learning opportunities for students and their whānau in less economically advantaged communities.

Russel will be joined by a member of the Tāmaki College community, Ruiha Epiha, a Te Reo Māori teacher.  Ruiha will share her experiences of teaching a language using the school’s blended learning environment.
