Vanessa De Souza – Cameron, Curriculum Advisor for the Te Whanganui-a-Tara/ Wellington region will talk through two Level One Achievement standards which are “Approved” to credential Numeracy (5 credits each).

Both standards are in the Social Science Learning Area: one in Commerce (1.1/ 92028) and the other in Geography (1.2/ 91933).

This session will provide an overview of the Achievement Standards and explore how they might be implemented in an ELL (English Language Learner) setting.
