Bernie Moffat is an experienced ESOL Specialist who works at two of the most multi-cultural schools in the country. She has also been the MoE ESOL PLC Co-ordinator in Hamilton since its inception in 2009. In June 2022 the Hamilton PLC was granted some funds by the Ministry of Education to provide some mentoring to the many teachers new to the ESOL role in Hamilton schools.
Bernie will share the why, the how and the what of the support that is provided in this mentoring project. There will be time for others to share, ask questions and discuss.
